We accept half of the payment up front during the drop-off of your game bird. When you pick up your game bird the other half of payment is due. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and checks!

How to Preserve your Birds

We accept your waterfowl or game birds frozen. Please see below on how we preserve our personal birds before the mounting process!

After the hunt, you want to get your harvest frozen as soon as possible. Begin by placing your bird gently with the feathers in a natural position into the end of a trash bag

Drop-Off

When ready for drop-off, take your bird out of the freezer and head out as soon as possible to the meeting location.

Next try and get all of the air out of the trash bag to reduce any chance of freezer burn

Gently wrap the trash bag around the bird several times in a relatively tight manner

Lastly, you want to gently place your bird in your freezer preferably on a shelf alone. Do not place anything on top of the bird

Timing on your mount

The time it takes you to get your mount back depends on how many customers we have in front of you. It generally takes anywhere between 4 - 8 months to receive your completed mount. The mount will be inspected so that the feathers lay naturally. The drying process takes upwards of a month to fully complete as well. When you contact us, we will let you know where you are on our list and your estimated time frame!
